What you'll do

  • Drive day-to-day execution within Sales & Customer Success, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own measurable outcomes tied to customer experience and business results.
  • Document playbooks, mentor teammates, and continuously improve how we operate.
  • Bring your perspective into our roadmap — we hire people who shape the work, not just complete it.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated ownership of work in a sales & customer success discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with async collaboration.
  • Bias for impact — you'd rather ship a 90% solution today than a perfect one in three quarters.
  • A clear sense of why solar-powered AI security matters, and what role you want to play in scaling it.

How we work

Most teams operate hybrid or fully remote with quarterly on-sites in Scottsdale. Field and Operations roles spend more time on customer sites and at our monitoring centers. Compensation is competitive, includes meaningful equity, and is anchored to defensible benchmarks — we share the math during the interview.
